Meat with vegetables in black bean sauce recipe

Ingredients 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil 1 teaspoon of minced garlic 1 teaspoon of ground ginger 1 onion, finely minced 350 grams of meat without fat, cut in strips 2 teaspoons of sesame oil ˝ red bell pepper, sliced 1 cup (100 grams) soy sprouts 60 grams of Chinese peas 1˝ tablespoon of canned black beans, drained and mashed 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 3 tablespoon of beef broth 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of corn starch; dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and ginger at medium heat for 1 minute. Add the onion and meat, fry for 3 minutes or until the meat is brown. Take off the fire and set aside.

Heat the sesame oil in a pan and sauté the bell pepper, soy sprouts and peas for 1 minute. Add the beans, soy sauce, broth, sugar and the corn starch; cook while stirring until it thickens. Add the meat and onions and cook altogether for 2-3 minutes or until it is very hot. Serve with rice.
Fig and apple salad 4 servings
Ingredients Ľ kg of dry figs 4 apples, peeled and thinly sliced 1 lime, thinly sliced 4 tablespoons of lime juice 4 tablespoons of glazed sugar 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a microwave bowl. Cook in the microwave at the maximum (100%) for 5-7 minutes, stirring it once. If you prepare it n the stove, place the ingredients in a pot and cook at medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until the fruit is soft.
