Meat and Spinach Rolls recipe

Ingredients 4 spinach leaves 2 peeled carrots cut into 5 mm x 20 cm sticks 4 slices meat, 1 cm thick each Black pepper 155 grams butter ˝ teaspoon garlic powder ˝ cup (125 ml) white wine 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
Preparation
1. Cut off the spinach stalks and cut the leaves into halves. Put them in the microwave for 30 seconds or in boiling water for a minute and drain them. Put the carrots in the microwave for a minute or in boiling water for 2, shower them with cold water and drain them.
2. Flatten the meat with a meat hammer. Put a spinach leave on each slice of meat, then 5-6 carrot sticks and black pepper. Roll them tight and use a toothpick to hold them.
3. Melt the butter with the garlic in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the meat rolls and fry them until they get brown. Add the wine and the sugar, cover the frying pan and let them cook for 10-12 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Slice the rolls and arrange them on whole grain rice. Pour the sauce on top. Serve with green vegetables, such as peas.
