Meat and Potatoes Tart Recipe

 

Ingredients
1 teaspoon of oil
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon of garlic
500 grs of beef  
2 teaspoons of flour
2 cup of meat broth
2 teaspoons of tomato paste
500 grs of pre made dough
45 grs of butter
¼ cup of milk
5 big mash potatoes

Preparation

  1. Pre oven at 180c butter pan with butter or oil.
  2. In small frying pan fry onions, garlic and beef cook until beef is tender add flour and tomato paste, mix ingredients well.
  3. Spread the dough over pan, pour beef over pie crust, and cover the pie with the mash potatoes.
  4. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
