Meat and Potatoes Tart Recipe
Ingredients 1 teaspoon of oil 1 chopped onion 1 teaspoon of garlic 500 grs of beef 2 teaspoons of flour 2 cup of meat broth 2 teaspoons of tomato paste 500 grs of pre made dough 45 grs of butter ¼ cup of milk 5 big mash potatoes
Preparation
- Pre oven at 180c butter pan with butter or oil.
- In small frying pan fry onions, garlic and beef cook until beef is tender add flour and tomato paste, mix ingredients well.
- Spread the dough over pan, pour beef over pie crust, and cover the pie with the mash potatoes.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
