Marzipan Recipe

 

Ingredients
1 kilo almond paste
600 grs fondant
The necessary amount of powdered sugar
Food coloring

Preparation

  1. Place the almond paste in a container, add the fondant and knead.
  2. Add the powdered sugar while you knead until you get a thick, cream that doesn’t stick to your hands.
  3. To give it color, take a portion of the paste and pour a couple dabs of food coloring, knead until you get a homogenous color. Add to the rest of the fondant and knead until the color is the same in all the fondant.
