Marshmallows are products that are made by air. They are actually elaborated with essences and artificial colorants. However you can obtain a better product if you substitute the chemical additives for fruit extracts.

In the next part we will do a general and quick general revision of the ingredients, equipment and materials that need to be used. In the following we will show you the different formulations that can be used in the elaboration of marshmallows, the first will be formulated from fruit extract and the following with artificial essences.

Then we will show the general flow of marshmallow elaboration and then explain in detail each one of the steps.
