Marshmallow brownies

 

Ingredients 
150 grs butter
125 grs of chocolate chips
3 eggs
250 grs sugar
125 grs flour
1 tspn vanilla
125 grs flour
30 grs cocoa powder
160 grs peanuts
45 grs marshmallows

Preparation

  1. Pre heat the oven at 180c   butter the pan 20c with oil or butter cover the pan with wax paper
  2. Cook butter and chocolate in a double souse pan, once its mix remove   from the fire let it cool down,
  3. With whist beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until all ingredients are well mixed, sift flour and cocoa powder and add to the chocolate mix gradually go adding the eggs and the marshmallows until obtaining  a creamy dough
  4. Pour the batter into the pan baked for 40 to 45 minutes let it cool down once cold cut in small pieces.
