Marquise Tart

Ingredients
1 biscuit (20cm in diameter)
200gr melted chocolate
50gr skimmed milk
1 small cup of marquise

Preparation

  1. Cut the biscuit transversally in half.
  2. Melt the chocolate in fire, remove it and add beat skimmed milk, mix well.
  3. Drunken the lower part of the biscuit with the marquise, put part of the prepared cream on it (reserve the rest of the cream to decorate the biscuit at the end), cover with the other biscuit half.
  4. With a damp metal spatula cover the top and sides of the biscuit with the rest of the cream.
  5. Decorate with some kind of drawing done with the same cream.

Practical advice
If you wish, you could make the biscuit at home. To cut the biscuit without making it crumble, use a long knife, previously submerged in hot water.
