Margaritas Biscuit Cake Recipe

 

Ingredients
500 grs of a made biscuit
For the frosting
250 grs of butter
300 grs of glazed sugar
50 grs of cranberry liquor
200 grs of chopped nuts to decorate
15 cranberries

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy, and pour the liquor.
  2. In bowl dissolve gelatin in hot water. Blend cranberries and add to gelatin, mix gelatin and butter cream and beat until obtaining a creamy sauce.
  3. Cut the biscuit in two layers spread frosting on the bottom layers, decorate the top part of biscuit and sprinkle glazed sugar. Refrigerate the biscuit before serving.
