Margaritas Biscuit Cake Recipe
Ingredients 500 grs of a made biscuit For the frosting 250 grs of butter 300 grs of glazed sugar 50 grs of cranberry liquor 200 grs of chopped nuts to decorate 15 cranberries
Preparation
- In a small bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy, and pour the liquor.
- In bowl dissolve gelatin in hot water. Blend cranberries and add to gelatin, mix gelatin and butter cream and beat until obtaining a creamy sauce.
- Cut the biscuit in two layers spread frosting on the bottom layers, decorate the top part of biscuit and sprinkle glazed sugar. Refrigerate the biscuit before serving.
