Maple syrup candies
Ingredients 250 grs glazed sugar 230grs brown sugar 60 ml milk cream 125 grs butter 125 grs maple syrup 160 grs condensed milk 60 grs dry fruit
Preparation
- cover the pan with aluminum foil , butter the pan with oil or butter
- in a small pot cook the sugars milk cream , butter and maple syrup and let it boil for 10 minutes until obtaining a smooth substance
- Gradually add the condensed milk, remove from the fire.
- With a wooden spoon beat until the mix cools down and thickens a bit, add the dry fruit.
- Pour the candy mix in the pan and let it cool down, cut in small squares. Put away in air tight container.
