Madeleine

  • For  6 servings

  • Time  1 ½ hours

 

Ingredients
3 eggs
150 gr sugar
150 gr flour
150 gr butter
1 grated lemon peel
1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

  1. Stir the butter, sugar and lemon peel very well until it becomes a fluffy white cream.
  2. Add flour with the tsp of baking soda.
  3. Pour the dough into small aluminum molds or cookie paper.
  4. Make sure not to fill the containers too much.
  5. Place into a low temperature oven for 40 minutes.

Practical advice
Sprinkle sugar on top of the Madeleines before placing them in the oven.
