Madeleine

Ingredients 3 eggs 150 gr sugar 150 gr flour 150 gr butter 1 grated lemon peel 1 tsp baking soda
Preparation
- Stir the butter, sugar and lemon peel very well until it becomes a fluffy white cream.
- Add flour with the tsp of baking soda.
- Pour the dough into small aluminum molds or cookie paper.
- Make sure not to fill the containers too much.
- Place into a low temperature oven for 40 minutes.
Practical advice Sprinkle sugar on top of the Madeleines before placing them in the oven.
