Lime Sherbet
Ingredients 2 limes 150 gr sugar 1 egg white
Preparation
- Grate the lemon peels and place in a pot with 400 ml of water and sugar. Boil and let it cook for 3 min. and squeeze the limes.
- Let it cool and add the lime juice. Once it cools completely strain and refrigerate. Right before it hardens beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mix and refrigerate again.
