Lentil Hamburger for Gourmets recipe

Ingredients 90 grams cooked lentils, drained and mashed. 125 grams instant mashed potatoes ¾ cup (185 ml) milk 1 slightly whisked egg 4 finely chopped scallions ½ garlic powder 1 tablespoon cumin 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander 1 teaspoon powdered curry Black pepper 4 toasted hamburger buns, cut into halves
Yogurt and Mint Sauce 1 cup (250 grams) natural yogurt 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients from the first list, but the bread.
2. With the paste form 8 hamburgers and cook them. 5 minutes each side, on a pre heated roaster.
For the sauce, mix the yogurt and the mint. Place two hamburgers in each bun and pour sauce.
Serving suggestion Serve with raw vegetables.
