Lemon Tart

Ingredients 250gr of dough 2 lemons ½ liter of milk 200gr sugar 2tbsps of potato starch 2 eggs
Preparation
- Stretch the dough and with it wrap the floured tart mold.
- Bake at a medium heat oven for 30 minutes.
- Beat the egg whites with sugar in a casserole pot; add the potato starch and milk.
- Place in fire till boiling point stirring continuously.
- Once it starts boiling remove from fire and add the lemon extract.
- Once the dough is cooked pour the cream on top and on top of the cream place the stiff egg whites.
- Sprinkle with glazed sugar and put to brown in the oven for 10 minutes.
Practical advice If you want to prepare the dough at home you can use the following recipe 125gr flour, 30gr sugar, 50gr butter and 2 eggs. Knead again and let it rest for 2 hours.
