Lemon Marmalade
Ingredients Lemons, 3 Sugar, 1 kilogram Water, 3 liters
Preparation Wash and cut the lemons in fine strips without removing the peel. Place the fruit in a recipient and cover it with the water. Allow it to sit for three days in a fresh place. Strain the liquid and boil it down to the half. Add in the sugar and let it continue boiling for 1 and ½ hours. Place in jars once done. Keep in the refrigerator.
