Curative properties
Abscess, renal gallstones, furuncles, and pimples: drink the juice of 8 lemons while fasting and between meals. You can add a teaspoon of honey and water.
Acidity, bile gallstones: drink the juice of 1 or 2 lemons with hot water, half an hour before meals. Continue for two months, rest two weeks and then start treatment again.
Hepatic affections: squeeze onions until obtaining it’s juice and mix with the lemon juice and honey. Take a spoonful fasting for 15 days. Rest for 2 months.
Tonsillitis: do gargles with the juice of 2 to 3 lemons several times a day.
Arteriosclerosis, arthritis, fatigue, and flu: drink the juice of 4 lemons fasting and between meals.
Asthma, ulcers: add the juice of two lemons to a hot vegetable broth. Drink two cups a day, half an hour before meals.
Aphthas, inflamed gums, bad breath: rinse water with the juice of several lemons. You can add water. Repeat several times a day.
Whitened teeth: brush weekly with the lemon juice.
Bronchitis, cholesterol: drink a cup with the juice of one lemon, 3 times a day.
Caries, toothache: do gargles with the lemon juice.
Conjunctivitis: wash eyes with the mixture of lemon and water in equal parts.
Cuts, bites, and scrapes: rub half a lemon over affected area.
Hair care: wash hair with lemon.
Diarrhea, diuretic, obesity: drink the juice of 1 or 2 lemons in half a cup of warm water half an hour before meals.
Digestive, stomachache, and gastritis: take in sips the juice of 1 or 2 lemons in half a cup of hot water every 20 to 30 minutes.
Headache, neuralgic: drink in slow sips the juice of one lemon in half a cup of hot water between meals. Also apply lemon juice compresses or slices of lemon over affected area, renewing constantly.
Muscle ache, sprain: mix the lemon juice and hot water in equal parts and submerge the cotton cloth in this mixture. Place over affected area covering it with a wool cloth. Renew when it gets cold.
Eczemas: submerge a towel with pure lemon juice and apply over affected area. Besides, drink lemon juice before meals.
Edema: massage affected area with lemon juice until skin is warm and the juice is absorbed. Repeat several times a day.
Fever, sudorific: drink the lemon juice with hot water and honey.
Nasal hemorrhages: apply cold lemon juice compresses over nape or nose base. If not, apply cotton plugs soaked in the juice.
Sunstroke: mix lemon juice with fresh water and wash affected area.
Worms and intestinal parasites: crush a lemon and mix with a spoon of honey. Let stand for two hours and drink before going to sleep.
Flu, sinusitis: put some lemon juice drops in the nose several times a day.
Rheumatism: drink the juice of 4 lemons fasting and in between meals for 15 days. If desired, increase one lemon until reaching 8. You can add water.
Precaution
In case of pregnancy or nursing, do not follow any treatment without medical supervision. When drinking pure lemon juice, it is better to drink with a straw that way you don’t damage the dental enamel. Biological lemons are better that way you avoid pesticides.
