Lemon and Yogurt Mousse
It is practically impossible to prepare in a way faster neither easy mousse. and, besides, their flavor and texture they turn out to be very pleasant.
Ingredients 4 natural yogurts (can be skimmed) 3 tbsp of sugar 2 egg yolks 1 ½ lemons
Preparation
- Cut the skin of the lemons.
- Beat the yogurts, along with the sugar and the lemon obtained.
- Aside, beat the clear stiff strong and to add them to the previous mixture, working with a spatula, to which a lower movement will be printed up to amalgamate the prepared without they descend the clear.
- Distribute the mixture in the cups and introduce them in the refrigerator, where should be 3 hours, as a minimum, before serving.
This preparation can transform into ice cream if is introduced in the freezer on the other hand, a little will suffice digs poured in each one of the cups at the moment to serve them, to add a sound of authentic sibaritism.
