Lemon, lime vodka sauce

 
Ingredients
250 grs glazed sugar
250 ml water
60 ml lemon juice
60 ml lime juice
1 tspn chopped mint
The peel of 1 lemon cut in thin strips

Preparation

  1. mix  water, sugar, lime and lemon juice  in a small pot and  cook until  sugar is totally melted  let it  boil until it turn unto a syrup, remove from  the fire , add the vodka and lemon peel   let cool down  for a few minutes .
  2. Serve with fresh fruit or dry fruit.
