Lamb Pie Recipe
Ingredients 2 teaspoons of oil 2 big onions 1 teaspoon of Comino 1 teaspoon of cilantro ½ teaspoon of cinnamon 1 kilo of ground lamb meat ¼ cup of chopped parlay 2 teaspoons of fresh parlay 250 grs of melted butter 1 package of pre made butter pie dough
Preparation
- Cut and peel onions, in a small pan fry the onions in melted butter gradually adding comino, cilantro and cinnamon cook until golden brown add the lamb meat and cook for 10 minutes.
- Pre heat oven at 180c butter pan with butter or oil, spread half of pie dough on the pan, pour the meat on the pie crust, and cover the pie with the left over pie dough.
- Bake the pie in oven for 40 minutes.
