Lamb in Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients 1 tablespoon oil 1 sliced onion ½ kilo lamb meat, cut into thin strips ¼ kilo sliced mushrooms 6 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons concentrated tomato paste 2 tablespoons powdered rosemary 1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
1. Fry the onion over medium heat. Add the lamb meat and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 more minutes.
2. Add the cream, the tomato paste, rosemary and paprika, and let it simmer-not boil- over medium heat, for 4-5 minutes.
