Kiwi and Blackberry Jam
Ingredients for 2 liters 500 grs of blackberries 1 lemon 1 kg of sugar 5 kiwis
- Marinating time: 2 hrs
- Preparation time: 30 min
- Wash and dry out the blackberries. Place them in a bowl and smash them with a fork.
- Wash the lemon with hot water, finely peel it and cut up the peel into thin slices. Squeeze out the lemon.
- Combine the blackberries together with the lemon peel, lemon juice, and sugar. Pour the mixture in a bowl and let it marinate for 2 hrs with a lid on top.
- Peel the kiwis and chop them up into thin slices.
- Wash the crystals recipients with hot water, and let them drip dry.
- Stir the blackberries in a pot on a high flame. Add the kiwis and cook for another 4 minutes on a low flame.
- Fill the crystal recipients with the jam and close them immediately. The jam should last for about 6 months in a fresh place.
