4 celery stalks, cut into thin strips
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
Mustard Dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
Black pepper
Preparation
1. Put the celery strips in boiling water for 10 seconds, drain and shower them in cold water. Drain them again.
2. To make the dressing, put the ingredients in a jar, close it and shake vigorously. Arrange the celery and the pepper in a salad bowl and pour the dressing over them.

2 tablespoons oil
1 sliced red onion
1 teaspoon crushed red chili
½ red pepper, cut into long strips
16 raw large prawns peeled and clean
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
Black pepper
Preparation
1. Fry the onion in a large frying pan over medium heat for 3 minutes, or until it is soft. Add the chili, red pepper and prawns, and fry for 2 minutes, or until the prawns redden.
2. Add the soy sauce, lemon or lime juice and sugar, and cook for 1 minute. Add the basil and the coriander, season with black pepper and mix well.
