Jelly Cookie Recipe

Preparation

1. In a cooking beat sugar, egg, butter, flour and grated nuts, beat for 5 minutes or until obtaining smooth dough, refrigerate the dough for 2 hours.
2. Spread dough over a clean table and used a cookie cuter to make cookies
3. Place the cookies in the butter pan, put apple jelly in the middle of each cookie
4. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes. Serve cookies cold.
