Jelly Cookie Recipe
Ingredients 400 grs flour 200 grs sugar 240 grs butter 2 eggs 100 grated nuts 1 beaten egg Apple jelly
Preparation
- In a cooking beat sugar, egg, butter, flour and grated nuts, beat for 5 minutes or until obtaining smooth dough, refrigerate the dough for 2 hours.
- Spread dough over a clean table and used a cookie cuter to make cookies
- Place the cookies in the butter pan, put apple jelly in the middle of each cookie
- Bake the cookies for 15 minutes. Serve cookies cold.
