6 egg whites
450 grs sugar

Preparation
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Put the sugar and water in a pot and boil until it becomes thick syrup.
- Move the syrup from the fire and beat the egg whites with the syrup slowly but continuously. Beat until completely cooled off. You can give it color with food coloring.
- This meringue can be used with a decorating bag.
