Ingredients
6 egg whites
450 grs sugar
The necessary amount of water to cover the sugar

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Put the sugar and water in a pot and boil until it becomes thick syrup.
  3. Move the syrup from the fire and beat the egg whites with the syrup slowly but continuously. Beat until completely cooled off. You can give it color with food coloring.
  4. This meringue can be used with a decorating bag.
