Island Ice Cream Dessert
Ingredients 750 ml coffee ice cream 3 ripe bananas ½ orange (juice only) ½ lemon (juice only) 100 ml milk cream 3 tbspn glazed sugar 100 ml rum Caramel coffee beans
Preparation
- Peel the bananas and blend them with the lemon and orange juice, add the sugar and 1 tspn of rum.
- Beat the milk cream until firm and beat with the banana mix.
- Put the coffee ice cream in a cup. Surround it with the banana cream and decorate with the coffee beans.
- Serve it by flambéing it with rum.
