How to use this book
When planning your meals, make a shopping list and another list on what you have in your pantry, which will help you save time. If you notice you are running out of an ingredient, replace it before it runs out.

Store foods in containers that can go directly from the fridge to the microwave, to the table and then the dishwasher.

Canned goods: The size and weight of cans vary depending on the country and make. You might find the amounts in this book slightly different from what you’ll find in your country. Buy and use the can which is closest in size.
