Ingredients
4 egg whites
A pinch of tartar cream
250 grams of sugar
Preparation
- Beat the egg whites with the tartar cream. Gradually go adding in the sugar while still mixing until the egg whites stiffen.
- Place a baking sheet over the baking dish and place equal portions of meringue on top. Bake at a low temperature of 130 degrees for 1 ½ hours or until the meringue is slightly golden. Allow it to cool in the oven.
