Individual Meringues

 

Ingredients
4 egg whites
A pinch of tartar cream
250 grams of sugar

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg whites with the tartar cream. Gradually go adding in the sugar while still mixing until the egg whites stiffen.
  2. Place a baking sheet over the baking dish and place equal portions of meringue on top. Bake at a low temperature of 130 degrees for 1 ½ hours or until the meringue is slightly golden. Allow it to cool in the oven.
