Homemade ice cream is something that always brings joy and happiness; it is fast to make and is easy to get. Prime fresh good quality ingredients are indispensable, since all ice creams are only as good as the ingredients used in them. There are some types of ice creams that get really hard in the freezer after a few days. The way to solve this problem is by sticking the ice cream in the microwave on high or medium, this way you will be able to get the ice cream creamy again in ½ to 1 minute. Otherwise you can put the ice cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before eating it or allow it to soften for 10 minutes completely out of the refrigerator at normal temperature. Afterwards it is no longer convenient to refreeze the ice cream though, as it will not go back to its adequate consistency.
