Ice cream brownies
Ingredients 125 grs butter 185 grs chocolate 250 grs sugar 2 tspn vanilla 2 pre beaten eggs 125 grs flour 60 grs chopped nuts 1 litter of vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce 100 grs chocolate 60 grs butter 115 grs brown sugar 300 ml milk cream
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c butter the pan 20x30 with butter or oil, cover the pan with wax paper.
- melt chocolate and butter in a double sauce pan , let it cool down for 3 minutes add to the mix sugar ,vanilla, eggs, nuts and the sifted flour until obtaining a creamy substance , don’t beat excessively
- Pour batter in a pan, bake for 30 minutes, let the brownies cool down.
- Cut in 12 pieces. Brownies and ice cream in and place ice cream in the middle of two brownies like a sandwich and pour some chocolate sauce on top. Served cold
