Ice Chocolate Shake
Ingredients ½ lt milk 125 gr black chocolate 4 egg yolks 120 gr sugar 100 milk cream
Preparation
- Heat the milk with the chocolate cut in small squares, mix until it melts entirely.
- Mix the yolks with the sugar until it forms a spongy texture. Add the chocolate milk mix little by little and mix well.
- Put on low flame until it thickens without it boiling.
- Let it cool, add the milk cream and refrigerate.
