Ice Chocolate Shake

Preparation

1. Heat the milk with the chocolate cut in small squares, mix until it melts entirely.
2. Mix the yolks with the sugar until it forms a spongy texture. Add the chocolate milk mix little by little and mix well.
3. Put on low flame until it thickens without it boiling.
4. Let it cool, add the milk cream and refrigerate.
