Hot chocolate sauce
Ingredients 200 grs chocolate 185 ml water 1 tspn of glazed sugar 1 tspn vanilla 60 grs milk cream 1 tspn butter 1 tspn rum or cognac
Preparation
- melt chocolate with water in a double sauce pan , let it cook for 15 minutes in low fire , stirring every now and then so it doesn’t burn
- Remove from the fire add milk cream, butter and rum mix well until it becomes a creamy sauce.
