150 gr black chocolate
250 ml pear syrup

Preparation
- Melt the black chocolate in the pear syrup.
- Place 3 balls of vanilla ice cream and half a pear in each cup. Cover with the hot chocolate sauce.
- Decorate with the whipped cream and chocolate chips.
