Helena Ice Cream Dessert

 

Ingredients
1 lt vanilla ice cream
6 pear halves in syrup

Chocolate Sauce
150 gr black chocolate
250 ml pear syrup

Decoration
Whipped cream
Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Melt the black chocolate in the pear syrup.
  2. Place 3 balls of vanilla ice cream and half a pear in each cup. Cover with the hot chocolate sauce.
  3. Decorate with the whipped cream and chocolate chips.
