Heaven’s Bacon

Ingredients
4 eggs
4 egg yolks
2 mugs sugar
3 cups water
1 slice vanilla

Preparation

  1. Make the syrup with sugar, water and the vanilla slice.
  2. Let it cook for 20 minutes and remove from dire.
  3. Beat all the eggs with the temperate syrup well.
  4. Cover the bottom of a mold with caramel; pour the mix into the mold.
  5. Cook in a double sauce pan for 20 minutes. Cover the lid with a cloth.
  6. Remove from mold when completely cold.
  7. Decorate with skimmed milk.
  8. If the mold is circled you can put chocolate cream in the center and skimmed milk on the sides.
