Heaven’s Bacon
- For 4 servings

Ingredients 4 eggs 4 egg yolks 2 mugs sugar 3 cups water 1 slice vanilla
Preparation
- Make the syrup with sugar, water and the vanilla slice.
- Let it cook for 20 minutes and remove from dire.
- Beat all the eggs with the temperate syrup well.
- Cover the bottom of a mold with caramel; pour the mix into the mold.
- Cook in a double sauce pan for 20 minutes. Cover the lid with a cloth.
- Remove from mold when completely cold.
- Decorate with skimmed milk.
- If the mold is circled you can put chocolate cream in the center and skimmed milk on the sides.
