Hazelnut Cake

  • For: 6 to 8 servings
  • Time: 75 minutes

Ingredients:
½ kilo hazelnuts
150 grs Chocolate
150 grs glazed sugar
150 grs butter

Preparation:

  1. Peel the hazelnuts and boil in water and salt. When they have boiled for 30-40 minutes, remove from fire.
  2. Strain them and remove the second skin from them and grind them while still hot.
  3. Put the chocolate in a pot on fire and melt, once melted add the butter and glazed sugar and blend it until it becomes a cream, add the hazelnut puree.
  4. Butter a cake mold and wrap it with aluminum foil.
  5. Fill it with the mix and place it in the fridge. Flip it over and decorate it with skimmed milk.
