Hazel Nut Rolls Baking Chocolate Hazelnut Recipe

Dessert Ingredients
5 egg whites
5 egg yokes
 ¾ cup of sugar
125 grams of hazel nuts, minced & toasted
½ cup of sifted flour with 1/3 teaspoon of baking powder

Hazel Nut and Chocolate Filling in Recipe
½ cup of thick whipped cream
155 grams of chocolate cream with minced up hazel nuts

Preparation of baked chocolate hazelnut

  1. Beat the egg yokes with sugar till thickening.  Add the flour and hazel nuts.
  2. Beat the egg whites, and mix them with the flour and hazel nuts using soft circular movement to stir.  Then pour this paste in an oiled pan, (26x42 cm) and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until its cooked.  Take it out of the oven and let it cool, covering it with a lightly moist napkin.
  3. Hazel nut and chocolate filling: Turn the cooked paste around over a piece of paper that has been sprinkled with sugar; spread over it with the chocolate cream and hazel nuts and roll it up, assisting yourself with the paper and starting on a shorter end.  Refrigerate till its served.
