Grapefruit Ice Cream

 

Ingredients
500 ml grapefruit juice
1 lemon (juice only)
200 gr sugar
2 eggs
20 gr cornstarch
150 ml milk cream

Preparation

  1. Mix the cornstarch in a little cold water until it dissolves. Add to grapefruit sugar and sugar and put on a low flame.
  2. Remove off fire once it thickens, beat the eggs and add them to the mix mixing at all times.
  3. Put back on the fire until it begins to boil. Take off fire and let it cool
  4. Add the milk cream and refrigerate.
