Grapefruit Ice Cream
Ingredients 500 ml grapefruit juice 1 lemon (juice only) 200 gr sugar 2 eggs 20 gr cornstarch 150 ml milk cream
Preparation
- Mix the cornstarch in a little cold water until it dissolves. Add to grapefruit sugar and sugar and put on a low flame.
- Remove off fire once it thickens, beat the eggs and add them to the mix mixing at all times.
- Put back on the fire until it begins to boil. Take off fire and let it cool
- Add the milk cream and refrigerate.
