Ingredients
750 gr white grapes
250 gr sugar
2 tbspn orange juice
1 tbspn lemon juice
2 drops of vanilla
Preparation
- Boil 250 ml of water with the sugar and let it cook for a couple minutes until the sugar dissolves.
- Wash the grapes and soak 1/3 of them in the syrup for 30 min. Drain and refrigerate.
- Mash the remaining grapes, strain the pulp and add it to the syrup. With the orange and lemon juice and vanilla. Blend until it forms smooth texture.
- Refrigerate until ready.
- For serving, unmold the sherbet and decorate with the soaked grapes.
It can also be decorated with rum soaked grapes.

Mix the juice and sugar until it dissolves. Strain and refrigerate.
