Grandmas Brownies
Ingredients 150 grs butter 125 chopped dark chocolate 3 eggs 375 grs 1 tspn vanilla 30 grs cocoa powder 20 grs glazed sugar
Preparation
- preheat the oven at 180c butter the pan 20 cm with oil or butter cover the pan with wax paper
- cook butter and chocolate in a double sauce pan and stir every now and then , remove from the fire and let it cool down
- with a whist beat eggs sugar and vanilla adding gradually the sifted flour and cocoa and the sugar and butter mix well until obtaining a creamy substance
- Pour the batter in the pan bake for 40 to 50 minutes let it cool down for 10 to 15 minutes then cut in small pieces when the brownies are totally sprinkle white glazed sugar.
