Grand Marnier Sherbet

  • For: 4 servings
  • Time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:
200 grs sugar
100 ml water
A few drops of orange food coloring
1 cup Grand Marnier
1 tray of ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Put the sugar and water into a pot and cook for 5 minutes, add the grated orange and its juice with the orange food coloring, let it cool off.
  2. Put the ice in the grinder for it to become an iced drink.
  3. Add the syrup which should be very cold, stir a little and place it in the freezer for ½ hour.
  4. Add the Grand Marnier and stir well.
  5. To serve it, pour the mix into champagne glass cups and put into the freezer until serving, which should be at most ½ hour before.
