Glazed Potato Recipe
Ingredients: 4 medium sized potatoes 2 spoons of butter ½ cup of sugar ¼ tsp of salt
Preparation: Wash the potatoes and clean them with a brush. Boil in water and salt for 30 minutes until they are soft.
Make syrup with the sugar, the butter, 3 spoons of water and the salt in a container. Cook the syrup at a low flame until the sugar is well dissolved.
Peel the potatoes, cut them in half and place them in an oven tray. Bathe them with the syrup and place them into the oven. Turn them over until you get a brown layer of caramel on top.
They can be served either hot or cold.
