Glazed Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients
200 ml milk cream
100 gr glazed fruits
2 tbspn cherry

English Cream
5 egg yolks
500 ml milk
100 gr sugar
1 tspn vanilla

Preparation

  1. Cut the glazed sugar en cubes and let them soak in the cherry for several hours.
  2. Boil the milk
  3. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla. Add the hot milk and mix using an electric beater. Heat at low flame with out it boiling until it thickens. Place the pot in pan filled with cold water for it to cool quickly.
  4. Add the fruits without the cherry.
  5. Beat the milk cream and add it to the English cream.
  6. Place in an ice pan and refrigerate. After an hour, beat the preparation so crystals don’t form and refrigerate, repeat a couple times every 20-30 min.
