German Blackberry Tart
- For: 6 servings
- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 150 grs butter 100 grs sugar 2 eggs (one hard boiled and the other one raw) 100 grs flour 3 clover sticks 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 grated lemon 1 grated orange 1 tbsp anis 1 can of blackberry jam Salt, pepper, laurel, nutmeg, cumin.
Preparation:
- Mash all the spices together with the sliced hard boiled egg, sugar and grated orange and lemon.
- Make a paste, starting by joining the raw egg and butter and the previous mix. Add the flour and mix a little.
- Let it rest for ½ hour and separate ¼ of this mix.
- Spread the ¾ with a roller until you have a low walled mold size that you wrap after greasing.
- Fill with the blackberry jam and cover with the ¼ dough that you separated in crisscrossed strips.
- Cook at a medium heated oven for 30 minutes.
