Ingredients
10 grs yeast
½ teaspoon of sugar
¼ cup warm milk
500 grs flour
1 teaspoon sugar
A pinch of salt
1 egg
Grated lemon peel
40 grs butter
Warm milk
Filling
½ kilo of apples
3 tablespoons and liquor
30 grs butter
1 teaspoon cognac
2 eggs
Cinnamon
Preparation
- In a cup dissolve yeast, with sugar and milk, let this mix sit for 15 minutes.
- In cooking bowl mix flour, a pinch of salt, egg, grated lemon peel and butter until obtaining soft dough, let the dough rise for 1 hour
- Prepare the compote with apples, sugar, butter and liquor , let the compote cool down.
- Spread ¾ of the dough over a pan; pour the compote over the dough and cover the pie with leftover dough sprinkle cinnamon and sugar, bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
