Garlic Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
45 grams butter
1½ teaspoon garlic powder
410 grams washed mushrooms
4 chopped bacon slices
4 tablespoons old bread crumbs
2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
250 grams soy sprouts

Preparation
Fry the garlic and the mushrooms with the oil and the butter for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Add the bacon and the bread. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the chopped basil and serve on soy sprouts, with toast

Lamb Goulash recipe

4 servings

Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 sliced red pepper
2 sliced onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ kilo lamb steak cut into strips
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon paprika
440 grams peeled canned tomatoes, drained and crushed
1 cup (250 ml) beef broth
½ cup (125 grams) sour cream
1 tablespoon caraway seeds

Preparation

1. Fry the onions with 1 tablespoon oil, with the pepper, and the garlic, for 4-5 minutes.

2. Cover the meat with the flour, add the rest of the oil and fry in small groups for 4-5 minutes. Put all the meat in the pan, with the paprika, and cook for 1 more minute. Add the onion mix, tomatoes and broth. Cook without covering, for 30 minutes over low heat.

3. Take the pan out of the heat; add the cream and the caraway seeds. Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes.
