Garlic in Natural Remedies

Curative properties 

Acidity: eat raw garlic every day.

Aphtha, gum inflammation: eat garlic to promote healing.  In case of inflamed gums, rub garlic to fortify them.

Lower blood pressure: drink garlic tincture.  Cut 25 garlic cloves in four and macerate for 10 days in a glass container with half a liter of alcohol of 96º.  Filter and store in another glass container.  In the mornings, take 10 drops in half a cup of water.  You can also eat 3 garlic cloves a day for 10 days.

Bronchitis, pulmonary infections: drink the syrup.  Peal and cut 6 to 8 fresh garlic cloves. Place in a glass container and cover with 8 spoonfuls of honey.  Let stand for several days and strain.  Take one teaspoon for children and 4 for adults.  If not, grind 5 garlic cloves and mix with 5 spoonful of sugar.  Add water and boil.  Strain and drink the remaining liquid in spoonfuls during the day.

Circulation: chew garlic cloves.  Four grams prevent cardiovascular problems.

Diuretic: eat a garlic paste and sliced black olives.

Otitis, earache: grind a garlic clove with a little bit of water.  Out of this juice, put some drops in the ear, several times a day.

Vaginal infection: boil the garlic head.  Let cool and do vaginal wash. 

Worms and intestinal parasites: boil a garlic clove  and eat on an empty stomach.  Do not eat anything for 3 hours.  You can also slice 3 to 4 garlic cloves and throw them in a cup of boiling water or milk. Macerate all night and drink while fasting, for 3 weeks. Also, take the juice of 20g of garlic mixed with one cup of warm milk fasting.  If not, drink the garlic tincture.   Cut 25 garlic cloves in four and macerate for 10 days in a glass container with half a liter of alcohol of 96º.  Filter and store in another glass container.  Drink half a cup of water with 10 drops in the mornings.  Another option is apply as enema the infusion of 6 to 10 garlic cloves in half a liter of milk.

Rheumatism: apply a cataplasm of crushed garlic in the affected area.

Cough: crush peeled garlic cloves and apply in foot sole.  Change the mixture every 4 hours.  If not, crush 5 garlic cloves and mix 5 teaspoons of sugar.  Add water and boil.  Strain and drink liquid, in spoonfuls, during the day.  You can also add syrup based of 2 peeled garlic cloves, 200g of onions, 6 lemons and honey.  Blend everything and drink every 20 minutes, increasing every take until reaching 3 times a day.  In children, take one teaspoon. In adults, one spoonful.

Vomits: boil one garlic clove with 3 slices of ginger.  Add one teaspoon of honey and a little bit of water and drink the mixture.  If vomit has blood, crush 01 peeled garlic clove and apply on foot sole.  Change the mixture every 4 hours.

Precaution
In case of pregnancy or nursing, do not follow any treatment without medical supervision. Recommended for persons who take anti coagulate medicines.
