Fruit Tart
- For: 6-8 servings
- Time: 90 minutes
Ingredients: 2 large seedless tangerines 2 or 3 pineapple slices 2 or 3 peach halves 8 or 9 dried peaches in syrup
Fondant cake 200 grs flour 150 grs butter 1 lemon Seed oil
Glazed apricot 1 can of apricot jelly 1 lemon extract 2 tbsps sugar
Preparation:
- Prepare a fondant paste by mixing and kneading all the ingredients until making a ball.
- Let it rest for ½ hour.
- Spread it with a roller, have it at 1.5 cm of thickness.
- Spread the egg on top and cover the bottom with aluminum foil.
- Cook for ½ hour in a medium heat oven.
- On the meantime, peel and cut the fruit.
- Make a glaze by putting the jelly, lemon and sugar to cook.
- Once it has boiled for 5 minutes, remove from fire and strain it.
- Fill the cooked tart by making different fruit shapes and covering it with the glazed apricot.
