Fruit Tart

 

Fruit Tart

  • For: 6-8 servings
  • Time: 90 minutes

 

Ingredients:
2 large seedless tangerines
2 or 3 pineapple slices
2 or 3 peach halves
8 or 9 dried peaches in syrup

Fondant cake
200 grs flour
150 grs butter
1 lemon
Seed oil

Glazed apricot
1 can of apricot jelly
1 lemon extract
2 tbsps sugar

Preparation:

  1. Prepare a fondant paste by mixing and kneading all the ingredients until making a ball.
  2. Let it rest for ½ hour.
  3. Spread it with a roller, have it at 1.5 cm of thickness.
  4. Spread the egg on top and cover the bottom with aluminum foil.
  5. Cook for ½ hour in a medium heat oven.
  6. On the meantime, peel and cut the fruit.
  7. Make a glaze by putting the jelly, lemon and sugar to cook.
  8. Once it has boiled for 5 minutes, remove from fire and strain it.
  9. Fill the cooked tart by making different fruit shapes and covering it with the glazed apricot.
