Fruit Peels Jam
Ingredients Fruit peels, 1 kilogram Sugar, ¾ kilogram Water, ¼ cup
Preparation Wash and cook the fruit peels in water over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir every once in awhile. Add in the sugar and continue cooking. Keep stirring it for another 35 minutes. Let it cool. Once it is done put blend it in the blender and bottle. Keep in the refrigerator.
