Fruit Peels Diet Sweet
Ingredients Fruit peels, 1 kilogram Fruit juice, 2 cups Flavorless jello, ½ teaspoon Sweetener, to the taste Water, ½ liter
Preparation Cook the fruit peels in water until they are tender. Take out of the hot water, let them cool and blend them up until you obtain a thick cream. Add in a cup and a half of fruit juice and cook over low heat while mixing for 10 minutes. Add in the jello with the rest of the fruit juice. Then add in the sweetener and allow it to boil for one minute. Immediately put the mixture into sterilized and hot bottles or jars. Once they cool, keep in the refrigerator.
