Fruit Dessert Recipes
Ingredients... List of Fruits obviously 1 peach, peeled and sliced 3 yellow plums, peeled and minced
Mango Layer ½ cup of mashed mango 2-3 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of Cointreau (Orange Liquor) 4 tablespoons of gelatin powder dissolved in 1/3 of cup of warm water left to cool ¾ of a cup of whipped cream
Melon Layer ½ of melon pulp 2 tablespoons of orange juice 2 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of melon liquor (Midori) 4 tablespoons of gelatin powder dissolved in ½ of cup of warm water left to cool ¾ of a cup of whipped cream
Preparation of our Fruit Dessert Recipe
- Accommodate the peach slices in the bottom and sides of an oiled rectangular mold. (9x23 cm)
- Mango Layer: In a bowl stir together the mashed mango, sugar and Cointreau. Add the dissolved gelatin and softly stir the whipped cream. Pour little by little over the fruit in the mold and refrigerate till ready.
- Melon layer: Combine the melon pulp with the orange juice, sugar and melon liquor. Add the dissolved gelatin, then the whipped cream using soft circular movements to stir. Accommodate a layer of peach slices over the mango gelatin; then add carefully the melon mixture and refrigerate till ready. To serve unmold and cut up in slices.
