Fruit Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients
6 balls of vanilla ice cream
250 gr strawberries
3 apricots
3 peaches
2 bananas
1 slice of pineapple (optional)
125 gr sugar
250 ml kirsch liquor
Chocolate chips
1 lemon

Preparation

  1. Wash the strawberries and cut the stems off. Place the apricot and peaches in hot water, peel and deseed.
  2. Peel the bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Dice the apricots and peaches, and place in a large bowl. Add the sugar and kirsch. Cover and let it sit for 2 hours.
  4. When serving place the fruits in dessert bowls and place the ice cream in the middle. Decorate with chocolate chips.
