Fruit Ice Cream

  • For  6 servings
  • Difficulty  medium
  • Time  30 minutes plus refrigeration

 

Ingredients
250gr candied fruit
½ cup kirsch
1 liter milk sherbet
250gr skimmed milk

Preparation

  1. Cut the candied fruit in small dice shapes. Place them in a bowl with kirsch. Let them macerate for an hour.
  2. Butter a deep mold.
  3. Mix the ice cream with fruit and pour into a mold. Place into the freezer for an hour
  4. Remove from mold placing it on a fruit tray or crystal plate.
  5. Before removing from mold, place it in hot water for a moment.
  6. Decorate with skimmed milk.

Practical advice
When placing into the mold, press it well for no holes to remain when removing from mold.
